Doodle Strategy: Doodle Before Your Color

Doodles: Diagonal Lines, Swirls, Dots, Aura Lines, Stem Flower, City, Scallops, Dots
I first drew large scallops up the page with a black marker.
Then, I drew aura lines within each scallop creating "rainbows"
I filled in all the spaces with color using acrylic paint.
I used a yellow acrylic paint pen in most areas to doodle over the warm colored scallops.
I used a dark blue acrylic paint pen to doodle over the top row of cool colored scallops
With a white gel pen, I add a few whimsical doodles: stem flower and a little city
